Dr. Kerri A. McDermottDr. Kerri A. McDermott is a 2011 graduate of North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine. She is a New Jersey native, who lived in Montana prior to moving to North Carolina; and is now very excited to have put down roots in Virginia. Dr. McDermott loves veterinary medicine, and is passionate about serving you and your pets. While she finds all aspects of medicine fascinating, she has particular interests in preventative medicine, pain management, dermatology, dentistry, and ultrasound.
Dr. McDermott enjoys hiking, kayaking, cooking, baking and spending time with family when away from the office. She and her husband, Tristan, stay very busy with their two daughters, Kaeleigh and Dylan, three dogs (Reed, Ziggy, and Benjamin), and two cats (Noodles and Calla). |
Dr. Monique SiexDr. Monique Siex is a 1990 graduate of the University of Florida's College of Veterinary Medicine. After spending three years in a mixed animal practice, Dr. Siex decided to focus exclusively on small animals. She has been practicing at Natural Bridge Animal Hospital since 2007.
Dr. Siex and her husband own a horse farm where they breed and show Straight Egyptian Arabian horses. They are currently the proud owners of ten horses and ten cats (all rescued, abandoned, or aquired through work) and, until recently, a beautiful Golden Retriever. When not working, Dr. Siex and her husband enjoy traveling, kayaking, horseback riding, sailing, and reading. |
